It was nearly one week ago when Rafael Nadal won his 10th French Open and 15th Grand Slam title. Few people in the world can play tennis (especially on clay) like the Spanish superstar, but when in Miami, they can eat like him.
Here are some of Nadal’s menu favorites at Tatel, the hot new South Beach restaurant he co-owns with singer Enrique Iglesias:
- Tortilla trufada, a modern twist on a Spanish classic with a potato foam and hints of truffle.
- A Spanish staple (with an asian twist), the Oven baked black cod with miso sauce.
- Lemon sorbet, Rafa’s favorite dessert item. It’s the best way to cool off after a long day in the hot Miami sun.
