Prosecco Café in PB Gardens debuts “Summer Madness” menu

Prosecco Café, the terrific scratch kitchen and bake shop located at PGA Commons in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., has unveiled “Summer Madness,’’ a new, value-driven dining series, featuring $5 breakfast, $10 lunch, and $15 dinner menu specials. Regular menus are also available.

Showcasing Old World meets New World dishes, including fresh ingredients from local farms, the made-from- scratch cuisine is delivered daily by owner and executive chef Avi Sekerel.

Summer Madness value menus include (but are not limited to):

$5 Breakfast Menu

(Available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.-11 a.m.)

Bakery Grab & Go

Choice of breakfast pastry, and medium cappuccino

Greek Parfait

Greek vanilla yogurt, blueberries, granola, and medium cappuccino

Power Wrap

Egg white omelet, turkey breast, sun-dried tomato and roasted red pepper pesto

Breakfast Sandwich

Homemade challah bun, one-egg omelet, cheddar cheese, and bacon

$10 Lunch Menu

(Available Monday through Friday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.)

Soup and Quiche

Cup of soup, and choice of Quiche Lorraine or spinach and feta cheese

Meatloaf Sandwich

Three-cheese bread, chimichurri aioli, grilled tomato, fresh mozzarella, and

breakfast potatoes

Hand-Held Chicken Bun

Caramelized sweet potato-crusted grilled chicken, goat cheese spread, arugula,

lavender Dijon sauce, and breakfast potatoes

Tuna Cobb Salad (gluten-free)

Tuna salad, mixed greens, bacon, avocado, chopped egg, tomato, and crumbled blue cheese

Falafel Veggie Burger

Falafel patty, hummus, tomato, onion, olive tapenade, sliced dill pickles, and side salad


$15 Dinner Menu

(Available daily, 5 p.m.-8 p.m.)

$5 select wine, and $7 Aeporol Spritz, $7 martini

Flounder Siciliano

Panko-dusted, pan-seared flounder, tomato amogio, and roasted vegetable medley
