LIME Fresh Mexican Grill, a South-Florida-born fast-casual Mexican restaurant concept, has opened its new location in Palm Beach Gardens on Northlake Boulevard. The new location is operated by Salsa Management Inc. which currently owns and operates three LIME restaurants at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens in Pembroke Pines, The Fountains in Plantation, and Shadowood Square in Boca Raton.
Lime’s Palm Beach Garden’s store is the second restaurant to open in Palm Beach County with a third location slated to open in West Palm Beach early next year.
“Opening in Palm Beach Gardens is really exciting for us as it marks the resumption of our South Florida expansion,” said Joey Belmont, CEO of Lime Fresh Mexican Grill. “Lime is a South-Florida-born concept so it is only fitting that we continue to bring its fresh, flavorful offerings and fun atmosphere to the rest of South Florida.’’
Like its other locations, this new Lime Fresh Mexican Grill offers Mexican-inspired dishes made with quality ingredients, including organic beans, all-white-meat chicken and fresh produce. Ingredients are sourced daily from local vendors and prepared without the use of microwaves or freezers. The menu features homemade guacamole, queso dip, nachos, tacos, burritos, salads, soups and more. Menu items can be topped off at the Fresh Salsa Bar, offering homemade salsas prepared daily and an extensive selection of bottled hot sauces.
Lime Fresh Mexican Grill currently has seven locations throughout South Florida (Downtown Dadeland, West Kendall, Doral, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, West Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens), plus two on-campus locations at the University of Miami and Texas A&M University.
