Max’s Harvest, the award-winning Max Group restaurant in Delray Beach, Fla., has an outstanding summer menu lineup that includes a Summer Beverage Program, Prime Rib Night, special wine pricing and an “In the Biz” discount.
From May 15 to Oct. 30, the popular restaurant will have a number of specials for the summer:
- Summer Beverage Program, available Sundays through Thursdays, will include $6 cocktails, $6 glasses of wine and $9 martinis. Included in this are house wines, Tito’s Vodka, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Bombay Gin, Flor De Cana Rum and Dobel Tequila.
- Prime Rib Night will be Mondays and Tuesdays and includes prime rib, a twice baked potato, horseradish cream, au jus and honey glazed carrots ($39)
- Wine Deals are Mondays and Tuesdays with all bottles of wine on the wine list will be half off, with the exception of wines by the glass.
- In the Biz: Restaurant industry professionals will receive a 20 percent discount on their bill on Sundays through Thursdays with proof of industry employment.
“We want this summer to be friendly for locals,” said Max’s Harvest General Manager Peter Stampone. “And we want to thank our loyal friends with some great summer specials.”
Happy Hour is now 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. daily with half off alcohol and $5 snacks at the bar. $5 Snack choices include deviled eggs (truffle and sea salt), goat cheese croquettes (chile and guava), heritage meatballs (basil, ricotta and ciabatta), crispy shishito peppers (local shrimp, seaweed sauce and bonito), hand cut fries (garlic, butter and parsley) and harvest salad (green apple, goat cheese, avocado, pumpernickel, champagne vinaigrette).
$7 snacks include squash blossoms hush puppies (pimento cheese and jalapeno jelly), whole crispy mushroom (hen of the woods, salsa verde and Boursin cheese) and mac & cheese (pancetta, spinach and smoked gouda).
$9 snacks include a diner burger (house sauce, cheddar and pickles).
