Chef Patrick Lézé tempting South Florida’s sweet tooth

Here’s the sweet flavors of summer – macaron-style.

Master Pastry Chef Patrick Lézé is showcasing South Florida’s abundant tropical fruits in a series of macarons available for purchase at Patrick Lézé Palm Beach and Paneterie in downtown West Palm Beach and Delray Beach.


Starting May 1, each location will have featured macarons for sale in strawberry, piña colada and lime/basil. All macarons are $2.25 each and will be offered throughout the summer season.

An authentic European neighborhood café and bakery experience, Paneterie French Bakery features fresh baked goods, and specialty sandwiches and salads. Oven-fresh croissants, breads, and Danish will be baked throughout the day at the store, and specialty items such as macarons, chocolates and finer pastries are made daily in the bakery’s commissary kitchen.


Patrick Leze Palm Beach is an authentic French chocolaterie and patisserie. Owned and operated by French master pastry chef Patrick Leze and his wife Elodie, the family-run bakery and sweets shop is dedicated to its mission to provide customers with superior, homemade delicacies made with Leze’s original recipes from the highest quality products.
