Fala Hotel, formerly the Seville Hotel & Apartments located on Seville Street in Fort Lauderdale, has opened following a renovation that simultaneously restored key exterior features of the 1950s architecture while modernizing the interior design with new amenities. The hotel is part of Gzella Collection, a group of beachside hotels that is leading the boutique hotel movement in Fort Lauderdale Beach.

The Collection’s third beachside retreat, Fala Hotel is located two blocks south of its sister properties, Ikona and Fortuna Hotels. Designed as an equally appealing vacation home and coastal escape, Fala is aimed at travelers looking for an extended getaway and affordable accommodations.

Fala features bright modern décor, family-friendly communal areas and surrounding water views.

Located between Sunrise and Las Olas Boulevards, as well as steps away from Fort Lauderdale Beach and the Water Taxi on the Intercoastal Waterway, Fala Hotel has a variety of room types, including 15 renovated king and queen sized rooms, four studios with a kitchen, four apartment-style suites and a penthouse, with access to furnishings and fully equipped kitchenettes with refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils and Keurig coffee maker.

The three-story hotel overlooks a community-friendly courtyard and outdoor spaces. The Penthouse Room on the third floor has a private balcony and surrounding views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.
