Solbar the signature restaurant at Solage, An Auberge Resort in Calistoga, Calif., has received its eighth consecutive one-star rating from the Michelin Guide San Francisco, Bay Area & Wine Country. Solbar is renowned for its inventive California soul food recipes, indoor-outdoor spirited atmosphere and expansive wine portfolio.
The rating guide is internationally recognized as one of the most universally respected culinary authorities of fine dining. In its 11th edition, the 2017 Michelin Guide rates Solbar at Solage, An Auberge Resort among the top dining recommendations for visitors to Napa Valley.

Solbar’s highly praised menu concept offers an intriguing balance of Southern-influenced dishes and flavorful, regional-inspired fare. Menu favorites vary by season and include Mount Washington eggs with buttermilk biscuit and smoked ham; chilled Brentwood corn soup; house-made ricotta and herb agnolotti.
Solbar’s signature dish, the Lucky Pig, is a sharable plate featuring a slow-roasted shoulder of Homestead Hampshire pork with black sesame crepes, pickled pineapple, Mongolian peanuts and lettuce cups.
